Who operates csvrepair

csvrepair is operated by Oleksandr Rudenko, an individual independent developer ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@csvrepair.site.

The service

  • The free check covers every record of a supported file (up to 50,000 records and 50,000,000 bytes) and shows every problem found. The free sample holds up to 50 records, whole product groups only.
  • One purchase ($19) unlocks the full corrected result — the CSV, its UTF-8 BOM copy and the ZIP of import batches — for up to 3 different results within 30 days of the payment. During those 30 days downloading the same result again, in any format, is free; after that the purchase no longer unlocks downloads. A full result exists only for a file that passes every check after the automatic fixes; paying never removes remaining problems.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • The tool checks the structure of the file for the built-in WooCommerce importer. It does not check your store (existing SKUs, attributes, plugins, server limits) and does not import anything. Always test the import on a staging copy first. The check and the fixes run in your browser; the purchase unlocks a download, it is not copy protection.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, as described above. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Use the tool only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or overload it with automated requests.
  • Do not use the optional image URL check to probe addresses you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Do not resell access to a purchase or publish your access key.

No warranty

The tool and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A passing check does not guarantee a successful import. You are responsible for testing every import on a staging copy of your store before using it on a live store, and for keeping backups of your store and your source files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost profits, downtime, or lost or corrupted store data, arising from your use of the tool or from an import made with its results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the tool or to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
